ABOUT US
Elysium Flower Farm is a queer-owned and operated fresh-cut flower operation located in Richmond, KY. We grow seasonal blooms on a single-acre section of The Stone House at Silver Creek wedding venue. Elysium aims to offer a bit of natural beauty, magic, joy, and wonder to community members via premium, pre-arranged florals.
THE HANDS THAT HARVEST
Megan (she/her) is a corporate executive and the owner/operator of The Stone House at Silver Creek wedding venue. She is our emotional support human and the unofficial/begrudging CFO of Elysium Flower Farm. Although Braidyn handles 99.9% of the flower farm operations, they would be hopeless without Megan's endless support, partnership, and daily care. As such, Megan is a critical part of the team.
Braidyn (they/them) was born in a small town in Oklahoma. Braidyn and Megan met in 2020 while Braidyn was traveling the U.S. full-time in their newly converted camper van. The second Braidyn laid eyes on Kentucky, they fell absolutely in love with the place… and with their person. Keeping the ball rolling with firsts, Braidyn is now a first-generation farmer and is finally putting some of their Agricultural Communications degree to good use!
